I captured a really nice photo last year of the setting sun casting its glow on this historic farm house near Bozeman.  I always thought it would make a nice painting. This painting was done "alla prima" meaning I did the entire painting in one painting session rather than building up multiple layers of paint throughout many sessions.  The entire piece took me around 3.5 hours, much less time than I typically spend on a piece. Jackson is a beautiful place to visit at anytime of year and it's a great place to view wildlife, amazing landscapes and all types of art.
